Native New Yorker whom has lived in three of the five boroughs. Tim has been a broker since 1986 and boasts excellent service and clear record for 40 years in the industry. He has managed multiple firms as an office manager and has opened and trained agents various branch offices.

Mr. Foley specializes in Real Estate Investment properties and property management of Investment assets for his clients. He has sold listings in Manhattan including buildings, restaurants, delis and supermarkets. In Staten Island, Tim has great experience and knowledge of sales including town-homes, co-ops, condos, and multifamily homes.

Mr. Foley is the eldest of eight children and three of his own. He is a respected member of the community and takes pride in his real estate knowledge and actions.
